At Haus of Planner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your organizational tools and stationery. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and include the packing slip or a note with your RA number inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred trackable carrier to send the package to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
